My son has an enlarged lymph node on his neck (on one side) for four weeks. They tested him initially for mono but it was negative. Why is the lymph node still there? It seems to increase and decrease in size. Sometimes it seems more visible and sometimes it seems like it might be going away. He seems fine for the most part with the exception of feeling very fatigued and struggles to wake up in the morning.
