My Son Hit His Head In A Wrestling Match And

My son hit his head in a wrestling match and passed out for a few seconds. He has no headache or light sensitivity, however after this happened he had no recollection of the week prior to the blow. He had a ct scan and everything looked normal. His memory came back within a couple of days. My question is..can you have a concussion without headache or light sensitivity? I find this odd.
