My Son Is 13 Months Old. Sometime When He Gets

My son is 13 months old. Sometime when he gets upset, he holds his breath and ends up passing out. Last night, he had one of these episodes. This time, however, instead of going limp, his arms and legs became stiff, his hands were in fists, and his hands and feet were turned inward. I found some videos and articles online and thought maybe it was "reflex anoxic seizures". My husband had epileptic seizures when he was young. I talked to my pediatrician but he is brushing it off and saying it's no big deal. The mom in me still is worrying. Looking for a second opinion. Should I get this checked out by a specialist?
