My Son Is 16 Months Old And 8.9kg. Wee Went

My son is 16 months old and 8.9kg. wee went to doc yesterday for chicken pox vaccination and we asked doctor for any solution since my son is not taking food enough. he has suggested "crocin drops" before food in morning and evening. I'm confused whether my understand is wrong.
Kindly guide.
