My Son Is 5 Weeks Old And Was Born With
My son is 5 weeks old and was born with a right pelvic kidney. The pelvic kidney measures 3.6x2.3x2.3cm and corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No hydronephrosis.
his left kidney measures 4.5x1.9x2.0cm and corticomedullary differentiation is poorly evaluated but grossly maintained.

Not sure what this means because it wasn't taught to me in EMT class however I do understand a pelvic kidney can cause issues in the future.
