Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son is 56 yrs old & has blood clots in his his legs & recently diagnosed with stage 3 non small cell lung cancer, inoperable. He was having a hard time breathing & put on 24 hr oxygen today. He will start radiation & chemo this week. What are his chances of beating this? I must tell you he lost his identical twin brother to pancreatic cancer, stage 4, a year ago & I am now going thru chemo after removal of my pancreas because of cancer.
HI Well come to HCM If this is lung carcinoma then breathing difficulty would be very likely but the treatment this can be control make it easy for the patient so can breath, family history of malignancy could be cause of ling cancer, really sorry to hear this, but lets hope for the good every thing would be fine soon, take care have a nice day.
