My son is 8 and came home from school with bad gas and terrible stomach pain, He said it was painful to pass gas and when he had diarrhea. He was tired and fell asleep early that night. Woke up twice with severe pain in his stomach and vomiting. Today he felt was better. Fed him banana, crackers, ginger ale. He was okay all day then when going to bed he fell asleep for about 20 minutes and started crying from the pain in his stomach. He threw up so much it was extremely surprising considering he hadn't ate much all day. He also had bad diarrhea as he was vomiting. An hour later he woke up again same thing but even more vomit and diarrhea. He is currently sleeping and I don't know if this is a bug and he will get better in a few days or if he needs to see a doctor tomorrow or even tonight if he gets worse.
