My son is twenty years of age and i just was told by the state that he has had a diagnoses since the age of seven for mild mental retardation tic disorder and psychizoprenia he is not suicidal he never hurt anyone and for stealing a pack of cigarettes they gave him a year in a county jail and a year in a mental health ward with probation for a few years i applied him for ssi when he was in the hospital and temporarily for welfare under permanent disability until he receives ssi he has an attorney and its going under the second appeal thru it all back pay doesnt exceed till 2015 i feel like my son was cheated by the state under both circumstances and will be filing a malpractice case for the state not releasing information until eleven years after the fact point is i want a private evaluation by a private doctor or psychiatrist at home if possible with a prescription for my son other than xypressa that only contributes to diabetes i dont want him taking with a prescription that does help him
