My Son Said He Was Hit In The Nipple Months

My son said he was hit in the nipple months ago around 3months ago. He went to the doctor and explained this to them as well as we showed the doctor his nipple that has scabbed over. Well three months later it is still scabbing and now is discharging, without squeezing, a clear liquid. The whole nipple is scabbed over. He also said the nipple feels hard in the morning. He does has EE and gets severe migraines and a constant high white cell count in his esophagus because of the EE. I thought he was just taking a long time to heal being the doc didn't seem to worry but this is too long.
