Hi My son 10 hrs has weather allery when the weather changes he gets breathing problem. Please advice what food should avoid and is this will cure for the auyervedic medicine.

Basically immunity has to be raised to check repeated attacks. There are different modes to increase immunity but along with balanced diet avoid curd and pickles, adding a pinch of turmeric in hot milk is very good in this condition. Swamla is an other drug which is used regularly to improve immunity.
