Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son who is 31 was born with an undecided testicle but had surgery one years old to correct. He is more at risk for cancer. He had gone to a doctor about four years ago when he has a lump and probably should have had an ultrasound but this doc seemed unconcerned. My son went to another doctor today because of swollen testicles and some pain. This doctor was very concerned and he had an ultrasound today. No results yet. It was mentioned that he could have varicocele. I am really concerned it could be cancer because there are some lymph nodes swollen too. Could scar tissue ever cause swelling or related issues? Thanks
