My Son's Blood Work Has Been Followed Weekly Since A

My son's blood work has been followed weekly since a r/o of Kawasaki's disease a month ago (he's 7 months old and i still think they missed an atypical kawasaki diagonsis). the reason for continuing to follow his blood work is due to a continuous rise in his platelet counts (they've been increasing approximately 100k each week). His platelet levels are now 816K and we will have blood work drawn later again this week.

I was reviewing his CBC and I saw some cells that I've never noticed on a CBC before and this is where my question comes from. Does a level of 1+ of ovalocytes and anisocytes mean anything? Or is this a normal variant value to find consistently each week when the lab results their findings?
