My Stomach Is Blown Up, I Look Like I Am

My stomach is blown up, I look like I am 6 months pregnant (my stomach is normally flat). I can hear bowel sounds. 7/10 pain. Increased size on the left. History of multiple abdominal surgeries. Started with very watery stools and fell like I am going to throw up.
