My Stomach Just Hurts Constantly After Eating Foods

I m currently 17 years old and trying to get in shape over the summer for senior year of high school. I m not overweight at all just trying to trim down a bit. I want to start eating healthy foods but the whole problem is everything I eat lately has made me feel awful. My stomach just hurts constantly after eating foods, healthy or not. & whenever I eat fruit or certain vegetables, my stomach is in pain and my throat itches. Basically, with any fruit ( strawberries, blueberries...etc.. ) and I ve never had this problem. I used to eat fruit all the time. Any suggestions ? thank you!

Hi, did you have it checked? Found out what it was? I know some parasites give that reaction - Candida, blastocystis. But who knows, might be something else too. Be interested to know what it was and how you resolved it.

This sounds very interesting. Perhaps you should see a Gastroenterologist.

Stomach Ulcer symptoms

The major symptom of an ulcer is a burning or gnawing feeling in the stomach area that lasts between 30 minutes and 3 hours. This pain is often interpreted as heartburn, indigestion or hunger. The pain usually occurs in the upper abdomen, but sometimes it may occur below the breastbone. In some individuals the pain occurs immediately after eating. In other individuals, the pain may not occur until hours after eating. The pain frequently awakens the person at night. Weeks of pain may be followed by weeks of not having pain. Pain can be relieved by drinking milk, eating, resting, or taking antacids.

Appetite and weight loss are other symptoms. Persons with duodenal ulcers may experience weight gain because the persons eats more to ease discomfort. Recurrent vomiting, blood in the stool and anemia are other symptoms.

Again I would advise you to see a gastroenterologist.

Hi,
It seems that though you are not overweight, you want to trim yourself a bit; which is giving you more anxiety and stress.
If your Doc confirmed that you are not having any pathology in your GItract, I think you should do certain relaxation exercises, meditation to get rid off your anxiety and stress.
And probably you will be alright and cheerful as always.
Also, don't be overcautious about your weight and continue healthy, balanced food.
All the best.

I'd be interested to know the answer to this question - it sounds pretty similar to something a friend of mine is experiencing
