My Syptoms Started Wednesday Night With A Cramp In My

My syptoms started Wednesday night with a cramp in my right calf. I didn't think anything about it, but woke up Thursday morning with my whole body in pain. My joint and muscles were very achy and sore. I haven't changed any of my eating routines and haven't started exercising, so they was no reasoning for these body and muscle/joint aches. My forearms muscles are balled up and very sore. The back sides of my arms are sore as well. My stomach muscles feel like I did a million crunches (I have done none). My ribs are also sore under my breasts. My hip bones are sore and achy and it goes all the way down to my thighs (in the back) and my calves are sore as well (also in the back). I went to the doctor Thursday and was told by the nurse practicioner the she believed I had a potassium defenciency. She ran bloodwork to check but I am sure that was not it due to the fact I eat many potassium enriched foods and have never had problems before. That night I was in complete agony. I was up all night and cried most of the night. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the pain I experienced at an 8. I went to the ER yesterday afternoon and was diagnosed with acute pharyngitis and my blood work came back normal so they couldn't tell me why I was having the body aches. They sent off my bloodwork for a West Nile test, which hasn't come back yet. I was also given an antibiotic, muscle relaxers, and motrin for the pain. My pain has gotten more manageable since I started the pain medicine, but I believe I am having an effect from the antibiotic I was given because I have two huge sores on the sides of my tongue and am not able to eat solid foods right now. My pain is returning also in my forearms and upper arms as well as my back before it is time to take my pain meds again. I go for a follow up to see my actual doctor (not the NP I saw Thursday) on Tuesday, but I am in agony. Between the pain returning and these sores that have developed in my mouth, I just want to know what could be wrong with me. Can you give me any clue to what maybe going on? I have googled everything from Zika, West Nile, Spotted Rocky Mountain Tick fever, RA, Fibromyalgia, and more. I have mosquitos very bad around my house and am always getting bit because they get into my house as well. I have not had any ticks on me that I know of, but I have been in several wooded areas recently and went to the lake this past weekend and swam. Please help, I am desperate.
