My Temperature Is 95 On Average, I Have Selective IgA

My temperature is 95 on average, I have selective IgA deficiency, lots of problems with gut and lung and very low ferritin with not enough red blood cells. It looks like I have chronic malabsorption of many nutrients and I bruise very easily, bleed heavily and feel very tired and cold. I faint in stuffy rooms and am allergic to everything. I have zero immunity and have to wear a mask a lot. When I take supplements horrible things happen to me I guess I can't absorb them. The doctor says I don't have asthma and I don't have anything wrongwith my thyroid. I am skeptical of this last one. What next? Oh, and I am seeing an integreative medicine MD now and doing microbiome and paracitology panels and DNA of urine and sputum. None of the results of these are back yet, but I suspect H. Pylori and spirocete bacterium infections with intestinal villi damage, and leaky gut etc. I am hoping that getting results and trying to heal my gut will help me resolve many other issues.
