My Throat Hurts Really Bad, I Cant Talk
My throat hurts really badly it feels like someone is pushing on my stirnal notch and then on the inside it feels very sharp. i feel like i cant talk.. the back my my throat also feels slimy when i feel it with my tongue. oh and i tried sucrets and they dont help at alll!

Go for Azzithromycin 500 mg once daily for three days.
Do salt water gargle,
avoid fried and junk food.
