My Thyroid Gland Removed In 2005 Since Then I Am

My thyroid gland removed in 2005 since then I am taking eltroxin. Depending upon my tsh result my dose varies. For last five years I am taking 100 mcg but when I got pregnant last year again my gynocologist changes my doses as per the tsh report during whole pregnancy. After delivery again I used to take the normal dose of 100 mcg but when I check almost after two months of delivery tsh goes down to a very low range ie. less then the lowest range so doctor reduced my dose to 75 mcg

Again today ie. after two months I check the tsh and get 19.11 so what should be the dose right now
