My two year old and I were walking to the store he was siting in the stroller not talking I look down and he has blood all over his face and hands his nose was bleeding his pupils were abnormally small is there anything I need to be worried about I had to sayy his name a few times and waves hand infront of his face and after a few seconds of staring off in space he looked over at me. Are these to things linked ?
