My Two Year Old Daughter Has Had A Few Cases

My two year old daughter has had a few cases of rectal prolapses. Since then she has had blood taken which is showing a severe iron deficiency, high lymphocytes and high platelet count. I know I should be looking at Google, but when I do lukemia keeps popping up. She has a pediatrician appointment soon so more tests will be run. Is this most likely lukemia and what other conditions could it possibly be please..... I'm stressing myself out.
