My ultra sound shows- Right kidney appears normal in postion ,size and parenchymal echotexture with maintained corticomedullary differentiation. No pelvicalyceal dilation is apparent on right side.
IT shows multiple thin walled simple cortical cyst in all poles,largest measuring 91 x92 mm in the lower pole Two calculi are also seen measuring 8 mm in upper and 15 mm mid pole region .
