My Ultrasound Report Says Normal Pancreas And Spleen. Partially Collapsed

My ultrasound report says normal pancreas and spleen. Partially collapsed gall bladder without obvious gall stones seen and a normal 5mm extra hepatic common bile duct is noted. Mild hepatic infiltration without focal mass lesion. Right kidney measures 13cm and the left kidney measures 14.7cm in size with a dilated renal pelvis but no Frank hydronephrosis.
Comment
1) mild hepatic fatty infiltration
2) extra left renal pelvis
What does all of it mean. Please spell it out to me in kindergarten language and does it also mean I will need surgery as 2 of my sisters have had theirs removed and an Aunty as well. Very concerned as as Aunty and one sister (46yr) passed away last year she was younger than me. They all had cancer including my baby sister who is still alive she has a malignant brain tumour so very worried
