My urine smells and I can taste a virus in my nasal cavity. About two months ago I had an ESI in my neck, which didn't help. Shortly after that I found a neck stretch, the opposite way I've turned my head for the past 63 years, that took some of the sharpness out of my pain, but felt like something might have been released. I hold this stretch for 30 minutes every morning, since it's the only relief I've found for my severe cervicle disc degeneration, according to my CT scan. An MRI has been ordered. Relevent because these are the only things that I've done different.
Since I don't have cloudy, colored urine or any of the other symptoms I've read about, I wonder if the ESI or bending my neck the opposite way might have had anything to to with my symptoms?
My doctor is not available until December, but I plan on walking in somewhere to request an urinalysis.
I've been drinking tons of pure cranberry juice and lots of water.
Other than feeling less than stellar, my symptoms haven't gotten any worse over the past two months, since they started. Any other home remedies in the meantime?
