My Wife (63 Age) Is Type 2 Diabetic And Occasional

My wife (63 age) is Type 2 Diabetic and occasional has brown spots of what appears to be urine in on her feminine pad. She takes a lot of medicine for diabetes and another condition. She doesn't have an infection she was just checked and was treated for a bacterial infection but it is all Ok now. I told her sometimes when you get a few urine droplets in your underwear they will eventually turn brown and not to worry. She has no itching or bad odor. Am i correct to tell her that? Please advise.
