My Wife, 76 Yo, Is Taking Bactrim DS Once Per

My wife, 76 yo, is taking Bactrim DS once per day for bladder infection. She has taken it for one week and bladder seems to be close to normal now. However, she is experiencing general feeling of being ill and not interested in eating. Neither is normal for her. The ill feeling is really getting her down. Can this be caused by the Bactrim?
