My Wife Experienced Both Arms Getting Very Heavy And Numbness.

My wife experienced both arms getting very heavy and numbness. Also respiration became difficult. She thought she was having a stroke but it was both arms. After some fresh air she was better but weak. This happened once before about 5 or 6 mos. ago. Any thoughts?
