My Wife Had A Pneumonia Vaccination Aprox. A Month Ago.

My wife had a pneumonia vaccination aprox. a month ago. Two days after that she started coughing a dry cough. It sounds like there is flem but she cannot spit anything up. At times it becomes so violent that she has thrown up. She has been to the Dr. numerous times. Nothing is working. Now her Dr. says it might be her blood pressure medications. She is on 10 mg. Ramipril and 5mg. Bisoprolol. Her Dr. says her lungs and throat are clear. The cough is worst when she is laying down. Any advice??
