My Wife Has Been Experiencing Sudden Head Pain Not Associated

My wife has been experiencing sudden head pain not associated with any head trauma. I can best describe it as a sudden-flash of pain centered around the top right portion. It occurs infrequently, today, about three times, morning, midday and just now. She feels pressure around both eye sockets, much like sinus pressure. This started this morning, I believe. She is on BP medication, Bisoprolol Fumarate.
