My wife has had a number of significant medical issues since the birth of our twins. Current issues of note, diagnosed hypothyroid, Iron count of 5, Hemoglobin count of 9, and noted as pre-diabetic. Medical history includes a solpingooferectomy at 27, HELLP syndrome and vesaprivia while pregnant with twins at 33, and then suffered a double eptopic pregnancy which resulted in a double rupture and removal of most of the remaining fallopian tube and ovary at 37. She recently had an ablation to stop her from having multiple periods per month (currently 40 years old). She is currently getting iron transfusions, but has had to put them on hold due to an allergic reaction. I am a military member and my wife has been shuffled between doctors for several years. She is 5'2" and 125lbs, exceptionally friendly, and looks and acts as if she is in good health. Medical staff are often surprised by her energy considering her counts. Her reaction to most illnesses and maladies is routinely atypical, to the point where the unexpected is expected. My concern is that her movement between doctors, the constant treatment of symptoms, and her sunny disposition are enabling medical staff to overlook the "full body of work" resulting in a failure to identify a root cause for all of her current issues. I am seeking advice and a general consult on these issues. Thank you for your time.
