My Wife Has Had Chronic Pain Of Bilateral Hips And

My wife has had chronic pain of bilateral hips and knees. She has seen two orthopedics and has had surgery of the right hip for a torn labrum. She is still having pain which is worsening and recently had imaging in all affected areas. We have reached a dead end and have been advised to see a rheumatologist. She has not seen one, but has tested negative for RA factor, normal sed-rate, and negative ANA. What do we do? Could it be a rheumatologic problem?
