My Wife Has Had Liver Problems Due To Excessive Drinking

My wife has had liver problems due to excessive drinking of alcohol. The doctors called it :" auto immune hepititis " She continues to drink and has no energy all she does is sleep she is now also taking oxcy codone as well. Our health care professionals have totally missed the fact she is an addict with drug seeking behavior. What can I do I fear that she is going to die. I try to talk to her every day but it doesn't work and turns into to a fight. I can't afford these rehab programs that don't work and just suck the money out of your life for nothing. My wife is dying in front of my eyes and there is nothing I can do. Any suggestions? Thanks.
