My wife has recently complained of occasional lightheadeness and dizziness. It does not necessarily happen upon standing. Her BP was 155/86 today. that is elevated for her. She usually runs <120/80. She is 59, a smoker, has a history of kidney stones, diabetes in her family, and is overweight.
