My Wife Is 80 Years Old And Has Been Taking

My wife is 80 years old and has been taking 1 mg of ativan 3x day for more than 1 year. She is also taking 100 mg of gabapentin 2x day starting about 3 weeks ago .She fell and suffered a sever concussion December 30, 2013. She has had headaches ever since. In addition she takes a number of supplements i.e. melatonin to help her sleep. She is anxious, depressed and has trouble leaving her bedroom or the house. Today, she is nauseous and unable to get out of bed. She has been crying. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you Stephen
