My Wife Was Diagnosed With Mantle Cell Lymphoma December 2012

My wife was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma December 2012 and after PACE-BOM Chemo Feb-April 2015 has just undergone Autologous Stem Cell Transplant DAy 0 Dec 16 2015. Recovery in hospital was quite good but since coming home has incredible 9/10 pain in right shoulder and in lower back moving down her right leg from inner thigh to outer thigh to now over the kneecap. It also spread to the left knee last night. Described as burning pain. CUrrently taking Tagin 12 hourly and topping up with Oxynorm/Endone 3 to 4 hourly at night. We seem to be able to survive the day without an Endone topup. She is receiving acupuncture. Any thoughts on better managing the pain?
We use hot and cold, a TENS machine even tried loud music to distract from the pain until the Endone takes over.
