My Wife Was Diagnosed Yesterday With Cardiomyopathy And 20% Function

My wife was diagnosed yesterday with cardiomyopathy and 20% function in left ventricle. She is also giving off 30 or 40 PVTS per minute and her heartstrings is around 120

They are going to give her a vest to help stop her heart from going into a fatal arrhythmia. Also, they will prescribe drugs to help correct the PVTS and tachycardia. They said there is a chance that the weakness in her heart muscle could be cured, just a chance.

What prognosis do you see? Do you agree with their choices for treatment?

THANK YOU SO MUCH.
