Today shes nauseous taking no medication n its a little alarming cuz she nevergets nauseous or lower back pain when shes on her period. Her perios has not come yet. Im freaking out aboutthe possibility of having another baby.

Whats the chance of her being pregnant? These symptoms are pms symptoms but she doesnt usually have nausea nor lower back pain. Could this mean pregnancy ? Or perhaps it could be from operation and the medicines.
Also were under alot of stress because we are moving to another country, are hoping for visa for my baby to be accepted, my stepdaughter's real father who who abandoned her on her 1st year of life is now back demandinghis rights ( the girl doesnt know he exists) n were talking to lawyers about it all. Also all tgis is happening while living with her parents, just before we leave the country to ble close to the baby and save some money. So very very very stressful.
