Nails Like Sensation In Foot With Increasing Pain After Cervical Fusion
Hi I am not diabetic, I have a cervical fusion, and two spinal fusions. I feel as though I've been walking barefoot on nails, the pain increases daily it feels as though there are marbles under second and third toes which causes then m to cramp I get stabbing pain constantly and the foot will actually cramp so violently that it arches up and completely comes out of my shoe. what is wrong with me and who should I see as a DR?
It looks to me that your nerve compression at neck is causing these symptoms which are called as paraesthesia , in which patient complain like walking on nails or cotton. I would recommend you to show to a neurologist for this. He may ask you to get MRi of spine to confirm what is causing you all this problem.Till that time i will recommend you Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet for symptomatic relief.
