Nasal Bleeding, Fatigue, Emotional Post Fall On The Cheek Bone And Temple. Cause?

I fell and hit my cheek bone and temple two days ago. It felt a little swollen and achey then fine. This morning I had to brief nose bleeds and now the ache is bach (but still mild). I feel tired and emotional. could the nose bleeds be related? As a kid I got them all the time. But I have not had one in several years.
