Nasal Congestion, Bumps Behind Tongue, Sore Throat. Treatment?
Hi my name is XXXX I am 18 year old male and my nose feals clogged but I can still breath and i have these bumps on the very back of my tongue that are pretty big idk if its from the sore throat also ive been hurting all over and I cant breathe when I try to sleep unless i m sitting up I was just wondering if its life threatening?

From description it appears that there could be minor apthous ulcers or apthous pharyngitis developed under the tongue.
This can cause radiating pain to the surrounding throat and neck too.There could be gland enlargement too.
