hello dr samuel; i have a severe nasal congestion due to PNS inflammation, i am having a PNS polyp extraction within ten days and i should be taking solupred 20mg once a day can i take 4 tablets of 5mg solu[red instead of one tablet of 20mg solupred as it is currently unavailable? my email is : YYYY@YYYY

Solupred is a steroid and take if your doctor specifically prescribed.
If he has prescribed 20 mg daily and now only 5mg strength is available so you can take 4 tablets of solupred of 5 mg.
Take with full stomach.
