Nasal Discharge Early Morning, Sneezing. Treatment?
I am 39 years old female. My weight is 72 kg. My problem is that I get nasal discharge ( cold ) during early mornings. Sometimes this continues for a longer period and I am unable to sleep for the rest of the time. During the day-time, it is not so much, but I do have a wet nose all the time. Kindly suggest some remedy for this. I also sneeze wheneveer I give some tadka to the curry. Kindly help. Thanks.

I think you are suffering from allergic rhinitis. Aviod taking cold water bath, aviod dust environment, aviod contact with pet animals.Fluticasone nasal spray 2 puffs each nostril at night will help. tab.loratidine 10mg daily at bed time. continue medication for 1 month. lifetime control of dusty environmet is advisable .
