Nausea, Dizziness, Cold Sweat, Weakness, Shivering. What Can Be Done?

Very sudden symptoms of nausea , dizziness , cold sweat , weak ,and shakey. One minute I feel fine the next I almost feel like I m going to faint. It will pass but I always feel weak after for the rest of the day with in and off nuasea. It can come and go for days or weeks then I will feel fine for weeks maybe a month. I don t have insurance. Not sure what I can do.

Hello ! Get your blood tested for sugar, and hormone profiles like thyroid, parathyroids and adrenals, apart from testing for your blood pressure. In case you have any kind of anxiety, try to overcome it with exerciese and meditations. Good luck.
