Nausea, Dizziness, Spotting And Sore Breasts. Pregnant?

Hi doc well I'm having all the pregnancy symptoms neauses feeling dizzy my breast are sore I have flu n I hate the smell of perfume my tummy is now itchy I have crampings back pains but ijust recently had my period last month I experienced spottings I've done a test before it was negative I went for a scan they ws nothing reflecting I'm really confused please hell celiwe

Just before period, or during ovulation also any body can have nausea, feeling dizzy, breast sore, itchy tummy and cramping back pain. You recently had your period last month. but what date?. You have experienced spotting.
Your pregnancy test was negative, as well as scan report. Then why all this confusion. Wait patiently for some more days. if your periods were regular and if you are missing your periods then do pregnancy test. Till then because of symptoms don't come to any conclusion and get worried. Till then consult a Dr for your present symptoms and get treatment accordingly.
