Nausea, Headaches, Swollen Feet, Exhaustion, Discomfort, Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia, Depression, Acid Reflux. Gallbladder Removed. Advise?

I have not been my self lately. Nausea, headaches, swollen feet and lower part of legs, exhausted, discomfort below my chest bone, neck and shoulders hurt and am dizzy. I am five foot tal and weigh about 325 pounds. I have been diagnosed with fibroid myalgia, depression and acid reflux. My arms, hands and feet go to sleep alot also.I had my gallbladder removed two years ago. Any suggestions t what might be wrong?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Fibromyalgia can cause widespread aches and pains involving multiple parts of body. So, it is possible that you have it. Treatment with medications such as pregabalin would benefit you.
In addition, please get the levels of vitamin D and vitamin B 12 checked up, as their deficiency would cause some of your symptoms.
