Nausea, Spotting, Back Pains, Bloated, Abdominal Pain, White Discharge, Sore Breast.

My last menstrual period i had early september is my period suppose to be the same for this months .i had light bleeding on Tues this week next day heavy then no bleeding and now just spotting on and off have been feeling nausea , lower back pains ,bloated ,abdominal pain both sides ,white discharge and this morning bloody discarge ,tender sore breast

The symptoms that you have are likely to be due to pregnancy. Since there is an intermittent mild spotting, this could be due to an implantation bleeding. You need to test your urine for pregnancy.
