What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Nausea, Abdominal Pain And Constipation?

For the last 3 weeks I have been in pain. Constant headaches, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, bloating, lower abdominal pain, upper abdominal pain, swollen breast, back pain, arms hurt, and constipation. I took 4 pregnancy test and they all came back negative. Today I went to the doctor and he said that he say that my cervix was gray. I also started bleeding a little. Please someone help

Well come to HCM
For the different pain that you are having may not be having any specific reason and most of the time this could be due to some functional conditions, depression may the prime reason for this, for the constipation this can be relive with the general management like drinking more water with fiber containing diet, gray cervix may not be any pathological sing, if the pregnancy test is negative then no need to worry about this, for the pain you can try Tab "Aspirin 150 mg" once in day or as per needed, do some exercise this would be much better than the analgesic, take care.
