Hi, the series of symptoms suggest that you have starting of the infection in the mouth and have the symptoms of infection nausea, and stomach issues. Then due to infection still dorment you had swollen glands, followed by the sore mouth and throat.
The infections in the mouth are usually of mixed infections and needs anerobic antibiotic as well.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, lactic acid bacilli, and antiinflamatory drugs. Thank you.
Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Giving antibiotic without confirmation of infection is uncommon, when I see such patient, first thing comes in my mind is the acid peptic disease " GERD" and I usually putting my patient on proton pump inhibitor "Omeprazol" and it give good result, for the swelling gland wait and watch criteria is the best way, if the size of gland increases, and became tender ( swelling ) it is indication for medical attention but if nothing happens then it may go go way, have good day, no need to, worry every thing will be fine.
