Nausea, Vomiting Green Fluid, Shaky, Green Urine. Should I Be Concerned?

I have been feeling nautsia almost every morning for about 3 weeks now, and some mornings I actually vomit greenish fluids, I get shaky throughout the day (Even though I ve just eaten), and my urine has been a neon green for the past week. Should I be concerned? I started taking my liquid iron 2 days ago, and have been taking multivitamins for months as well as vitamin B .

Nephrologist 's  Response
HI
Thanks for your query.

We need to rule out UTI. So I suggest that you get a urine R&m and urine culture tests done. I would also recommend doing blood tests like CBC, urea, creatinine and ALT.
If there is eveidence of UTI, we can prescribe the appropriate antibiotics.
Mean while keep yourself well hydrated.
Hope this helps
Good luck.
