Neck, Back, Shoulder And Knee Pain. Lortab 10 No Longer Effective, Opana Er Prescribed. Advise?

I have been taking lortab 10 for 2 yrs. 4xday. It doesn't help anymore. I talked to my Dr. today and he suggested opana er. Will this ease my pain? Also, worried about dependency. I am just so tired of being in pain all the time. I have always listened to my Dr. Your opinion is greatly appreciated. I work as a housekeeper 25 hrs. a week and it really takes its toll on my neck, back, shoulders and knees. Will this opana help ease my pain better than lortab?

What is the cause of pain.
Pain is in knee joint,
shoulder joint,
neck joint pain,
back ( might be in joint).
Lortab was a pain killer , now opana er ( oxycodon) , this is also pain killer.
But , what is the cause?
When , cause is not found , how, a patient will get treatment for cure.
Pain killers are not treatment but gives symptomatic relief.
So consult one more doctor and get in, his opinion and have treatment of disease.
