Neck Pain, Dizziness, Tingling In Arm And Leg. History Of Head Fractures. Any Information?

ive been experiencing severe neck pain and dizzy spells which sometimes lead to fainting. fainting is not a new thing to me since i have passed out since age 4 probably around 15 times. Ive tested with cardiologists and neurologists in the past to know that it is not a seizure condition or anything of a preexisting heart condition. last year i was in an accident where i sustained multiple head fractures, two intracranial hemorages and a broken eardrum. luckily through much rest and cog rehab my only residual symptoms are fatigue and headache, i was even able to return to NYU to finish up my degree. However in the past month i have developed severe neck pain, a constant dizzying and a new tingling sensation mainly in my left arm and leg. the tingling has been noticed in the right side at certain times which make me feel weak and less capable of lifting things. in the past two weeks i have lost consciousness from a standing position twice and unfortunately struck my head once more. my episodes were not an immediate response to standing quickly or any physical exertion. im looking for advice on which kind of doctor i should see. the neck pain is in the back and more to the left side close to the base of the skull. there seems to be a few small lumps tender in that area if thats of any significance. thank you for any information you could provide. i am 22 year old female, 5'2" 100 pounds, very health conscious in diet and exercise,
